I was released from camp 4 on 1 Sep. 1953 and was greeted by Gen. Ridgeway. Our photo was taken by Msgt. Al Chang and a copy was to be sent to my parents in N.J. Pfc. John Bowers

Pfc. John Bowers was reported by the Chinese to have been killed in Camp 5 on May 3, 1951. His remains were finally returned and his funeral was two weeks ago. Today his sister visited me seeking answers and closure. About all I could tell her was there was no bombing attack on Camp 5 on that date.
